ACTIVE ADULT REGISTRATION FORM

All participants in Active Y Adult trips using wheelchairs or other mobility devices
who cannot propel themselves to and from the bus and at the trip location must bring an escort. (Escorts are required to pay the trip fees.)

Our 80,000 square foot building has it all. From our 2 full sized swimming pools, hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. A Fun Zone with organized activities for all ages, separate cardio and weight rooms, 3 full sized basketball courts, and 4 racquetball courts.
