Build strength, speed, and confidence this summer with YMCA Youth Strength & Conditioning! Designed for athletes ages 9–15, this program helps youth stay active, improve performance, and prepare for their next sports season with guidance from a Certified Performance Coach.

BOOT CAMP WITH ROBIN
Get ready to sweat and have fun! This is an interval style class with stations that will challenge your strength and endurance, using all the FUNctional Courtyard equipment like battle ropes, flipping tires, medicine balls, squat racks, sleds, heavy bags, and more!

WORKOUT TIME
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the Courtyard will be reserved for workout use only. Children ages 8+ may use the space with a parent or guardian and must be actively participating in fitness activities. Open play and games will not be permitted during these designated workout hours. No children 7 and younger during this time.
