At the Y, it’s easy to feel welcome. Our fitness classes are a great combination of fun and support! At the Y, we believe that group exercise is one of the best ways to get motivated and get fit. Whether you bring a friend or make one, join in the fun and share the experience of exercising together!

Personal Training

We all need a little help sometimes, but when it comes to your health, it's best not to take chances. Get that personal attention, along with a healthy dose of motivation, from our personal trainers.

Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, or get back in shape after an injury, your Personal Trainer will help you get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!



1-4 sessions = $35 each session

5-9 sessions = $33 each session

10+ sessions = $30 each session

Like to workout with friends? Small group training is a fun and effective way to achieve your goals faster and at an affordable rate.




Small Group Personal Training $144 per person for 12 sessions
