Basketball was invented at the Y, and we invite you to join us in playing it! Pick up games from noon - 5:30 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The fastest growing sport for people over the age of 50 but all ages are welcome to participate. Pickleball is a cross between tennis, ping pong and racquetball and played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches. It's easy for beginners to learn, but it can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 7:00am - 11:00am


Effective self-defense utilizing hand and foot techniques. Students gain skills from white to black belt and beyond from experienced black belt instructors. Classes are offered for all experience levels and ages. If you would like more information about Taekwondo or the classes offered, please contact head instructor Janon Rogers at 541.450.3270.


The Y has 3 racquetball courts available for use any time of the day! Simply stop by and check out some equipment from the Welcome Desk, or call ahead and reverse a court for later.

For your safety, protective goggles are to be worn while playing any sports in the racquetball courts. 

Indoor Soccer

It's the world's most popular sport, and now you've got a place to play during the winter! Stop by the gymnasium and play some pick up games. All experience levels are welcome!

Ages 15+

Every Thursday from 8:30 - 9:50pm in the gymnasium

Free for members, day rates apply for non-members
