About the Event
Child Watch Shift Associate
Part-Time | This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Child Watch Associate is responsible for the care and safety of children while their parents participate in YMCA activities, in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. This role involves guiding and supporting fellow adults while supervising children in a daycare environment, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere.
