Water Fitness Classes
Looking for a new way to work out that is easy on your body, but gives you great results? Our water exercise classes have everything that you are looking for! Flexibility, range of motion, muscle conditioning, improved cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water – these are just some of the benefits of jumping into the fun at the YMCA.
Water exercise is a great way to work out with no impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles while staying cool. It is ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included. Water Aerobics Mon - Fri 8am-9am (North and South Pool)
Water Walking M/W/F 10am-11am (South Pool)
Water Arthritis Tue/Thurs 11am-12pm (North Pool)
Water Yoga M/W/F 12:30pm-1:30pm (North Pool)
Water Wellness M/W/F 2pm-3pm (North Pool)
